All learning with us requires an compulsory Knowledge Needs Analysis(KNA).
The KNA will identify the "gaps" in each participants required knowledge and will be used to direct them to the appropriate course of learning.
Those choosing Public Classes for learning will be placed into groups with individuals of like knowledge level. For this reason participants may need to wait for others who have like needs to enrole before a class is offered.
Those choosing Private Classes on a one-to-one or small-groups basis will receive a Personal Learning Plan and Personal Instruction based on the KNA results.
