Each language course has six(6) major Levels.
Each course level has two(2) sub-level courses within it, Sub-level A and Sub-Level B. Each sub-level is a separate course within the level concerned giving a total of twelve(12)courses.
The objective(s) of each level are shown below:
Level 1 - A & B To be able to make first contacts and describe routine task work.
Level 2 - A & B To understand and explain simple commercial and technical processes and present problems clearly.
Level 3 - A & B To take part in discussions and meetings with colleages and internal partners.
Level 4 - A & B To discuss technical and commercial contents with customers and partners, to lead meetings and to carry out presentations of products and services.
Level 5 - A & B To present arguments convincingly, take part in negotiations and be a productive member of an international team.
Level 6 - A & B To use various argumentaion techniques and be able to negotiate with potential customers and difficult partners.
nb. Refresher Courses are available for those who haven't used their language skills for some time between Level 2 and 3 (Refresher 1),Level 4 and 5 (Refresher 2) and Level 6 (Refresher 3) for professionals.
